PRAYER FOR YOUR PASTOR(S) 

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for giving (your church name) a pastor after your own heart; a shepherd who feeds us with knowledge and understanding.
 
I pray and confess that your grace rests upon Pastor( name) in full measure. I declare that the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him; the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge, and the fear of the Lord.
 
I declare Pastor (name) is anointed to preach the good tidings to the meek; to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound. Thank you, Father, that freedom of utterance is given to him and he opens his mouth boldly and courageously as he ought top get the gospel and the freedom it brings to the people. I declare that as Pastor (name) teaches and preaches the Word, revelation knowledge flows freely. His speech and preaching are not with the persuasive words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power. Pastor (name) lives a pure and holy life before both God and man. He is a person of faith and integrity, wisdom, honesty and compassion. He is above only and not beneath (every circumstance); he is the head and not the tail; he is blessed going out and coming in. He prospers in all things even as his soul prospers. He reigns in life by One, Jesus Christ.
 
In the name of Jesus, I command all demonic forces and frequencies sent to attack my Pastor and his family will go under the feet of Jesus.
I declare a hedge and canopy of protection around Pastor (name) and his family, his prayer and study time, his time with his family, and his time of rest and relaxation. I surround him with the Name of Jesus, the Blood of Jesus, and the Word of God. I declare that no weapon formed against him can prosper and any tongue that rises against him in judgment will be shown to be in the wrong. He is hidden in the secret place of the Most High under the shadow of the Almighty whose power no foe can withstand. You hide them in the shelter of your presence,safe from those who conspire against them. You shelter them in your presence,far from accusing tongues. The Most High, Almighty God is his God, his refuge, his fortress in whom he safely trusts. He is hidden in the secret pavilion from the strife of all tongues.
 
I confess that Pastor (name and his wife's name) have a marriage that exemplifies Christ's love for the church. (Wife's name) is a virtuous women and her price is far above rubies. She is precious in God's sight because of her gentle and peaceful spirit and in our sight as she does Pastor (name) good all the days of his life.
 
I confess that I will stand with Pastor (name) and his family and undergird them in prayer. I will say ONLY that good thing will edify, encourage, and protect them. I honor Pastor (name) as a man of God and will continue to intercede for him and declare blessings upon his life.
