Nicki was born and raised in the Grand Rapids, MI area. She accepted the Lord at the age of 13 in a small Baptist church. She started to became involved in intercession in 2004. Her involvement with the West Michigan Prayer Center began at the same time, and she has been on the board here since May of 2009. Nicki is currently a personal intercessor for two leaders in the body of Christ. She has been trained as a chaplain as well as holding a community emergency responder certificate. Nicki has three married children and 6 grandkids, who are her delight, but when asked what stirs her blood she would reply in the words of Daniel 11:32b - But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. Nicki has been to the Ukraine twice on missionary ventures, and has participated in countless 'prayer over the land' journeys.
