Maryellen Van Belkum has a heart to encourage and train others to be effective for the Kingdom of God by following the leading of the Holy Spirit and being in submission to the Word of God. Maryellen has learned to live dynamically above difficult circumstances, including her son's disease of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. She has known and benefited from the inner healing Jesus offers.

Maryellen is a gifted prayer leader, visionary and communicator. Her training in practical ministry has come mainly through personal devotion and the school of the Holy Spirit. She has had the privilege of serving as an intercessor with Global Harvest Ministries, both here and overseas.

Maryellen has been married to her husband, George for 48 years, is the mother of two grown children and currently serves as vice president of the West Michigan Prayer Center.
