Bob has been with the West Michigan Prayer Center since it was formally organized in 2001. He is married to Phyllis and they have 7 adopted children; they currently attend Crossroads Bible Church. Bob manages alpine rent-all and sales in Northwest Grand Rapids.

If asked, Bob would strongly urge all to take God at his word and pray with great faith.

His favorite verse regarding intercession is 1 cor 2:15-16 TLB:

"But the spiritual man has insight into everything, and that bothers and baffles the man of the world, who can't understand him at all. How could he? For, certainly he has never been one to know the Lords thoughts, or to discuss them with him, or to move the hands of God by prayer..."
